This looks amazing, a truly incredible example of traditional work.
Excellent lineage and detail, I don't use this term often but this is very lifelike, it looks as if it was based upon a real person/image.
the lighting and shading is very nice, highlights her very well and I love the effect.
Her curves are very nicely shaped and are in great proportional balance to each other, shes very sexy looking but also still very realistic looking (a hard balance to strike, but you nailed it here).
Finally the hair and face are perfect. If this is based off a real person I think you captured their image very very well indeed.
