Description

I haven't been very active on DA lately, but I have been sketching and creating when I can. Here are a few sketches from the past little while, though I have more (I'm just incredibly lazy and I don't want to scan all of them, so sorry!). I'm a lot more active on my Facebook and Tumblr so feel free to follow me there!

When you share what you make it really brightens my day :) I personally would love to see more, but you don't have to share if you don't want to.

There are so many here!! :D I really enjoy seeing your ideas and designs. I like them all, so I'll say some things about each one ^^

top left: THIS HAIR. Seriously, it's really creative :) I like the markings along her shoulders and forehead. Good nose too

Next one top row- She kind of reminds me of Mrs. Frizzle from Magic School bus. Nice looking sketch lines :)

Next one-It's really cool how a simple line or few lines create the image she's sitting down on something. Nice job with her overall look too :)

(gonna put the next two together) -These two both have things in common I enjoy. I like the differences in not just their eyes, but their eyebrows and lips. Their hands too are interesting and I like the hand poses. I love how you use slightly different outlines for the chin and faces.

*just going to say this now...the different ways you draw hairstyle are awesome to me!! :D Long hair, high/tall hair, hair in buns, flowing wavy hair, detailed lines on the outline and within the hair itself, seriously the hairstyles themselves could be pictures all their own :)*

Colored top row drawing-I can't call it a doodle. I can't call it a sketch either. It's really pretty, and I love how you draw the shape and design of her nose, the coloring of her clothing, and I love the blush on her cheeks!

Victorian style lady sketch-these sleeves and the necklace. I like the side view look too!

Colored fairy-Her flowery outfit design and these wings :D I love how she turned out ^^ The shading and color tones look beautiful. The only thing I don't like too much here is how her legs have an odd kind of slope to them, but maybe I'm just looking at her wrong ^^; I do that sometimes XD

Ribbon lady-The long hands and how proper she looks stand out here.

Next one-She kind of reminds me of Belle or Cinderella with the overall shape and design of her outfit. How you drew her face is not just pretty but somehow cute to me =)

Pondering lady-the flower and how her hands are positioned :D A simple but nice looking outfit for her too ^^

Next one-The angle is a different one. I like it, but it's also one that I'm not entirely use to seeing so it's a unique look for her face. The detail in her outfit is amazing to me.

Water bender like sketch-whoa. Body pose looks awesome!! :D Great water too.

Small wavy haired sketch-Somehow even though this is one of the smallest sketches, this one looks like they are an important character somehow XD. I like how you have curls of hair that look natural and not forced. Their curl is so out of place with their flowing hair, but it still looks natural to me :D

Next one-She has an awesome face expression, like she's surprised at what she is looking at. Good folding arms too.

Tower hair-I couldn't resist. Her hair is outrageously tall, and that's a cool idea!! It's as tall as the cake itself :D I like how she's sneaking a bite too XD

Colored nature girl fairy-Whoa. That color with hair on a fantasy character is beautiful  I like how you did the face angle. Her nose and those eyes stand out, and I think her outfit works well for her ^^ My favorite detail is how I can still see her hair even with her wings in front of the hair. Makes her wings have a unique feel to them. :) Her arms are interesting and at first I was confused, but the more I look at her overall design the more I like how her arms and hands look.

Last one! * :faint: * Took longer than I thought...but seriously, I am really happy seeing your work and I want you to know that your work is appreciated ^^. This is one of the reasons why I love long hairstyles. There's so many ways that long hair can look and this flowing hairstyle is beautiful to me  I love how her hands are done with her hair. The ankles and wrists are really thin but fit well with her design :D Her outfit design flows just like her hairstyle flows. Really pretty effect :)
